A Friends Love

I’ll need a flowing gown that matches my body style just right. A gown that matches my eye color and makes my brown eyes stand out and make them spectacular.

I never thought I would be able to go to prom, I never even thought I would get a date but all that really changed when my best friend asked me to go with him. It wasn’t the perfect solution, but he ended up being really sweet about it.

I went shopping with my girlfriends and finally found a dress that fit me right and made me feel beautiful for once in my life. It was a flowing, beautiful, dark pink dress that fit my curves perfectly.

My date arrived in a sleek limo and however cheesy it may have been, it was still just as beautiful. He kissed my hand and opened the door for me. Despite him being my best friend, at that moment I didn’t really see him as my best friend.

Although we didn’t get any pictures taken, the night was magical and I can just remember it by closing my eyes. We took the limo to the hotel that was decorated in beautiful gold streamers and danced the night away.

At the end of the night, the kiss that lingered on my hand was replaced by the kiss that will forever stay on my lips. A best friends love is truly more amazing then anything I have ever experienced.
