If you have large thighs, for whatever the reason, they are thankfully easy to conceal. You don't necessarily have to forsake fashion to hide them, but tight pants are a no (this includes tight jeans, sweatpants, or leggings). Larger fit pants will not hug your thighs and make them appear bigger than they are in proportion to your thin calves and or everything else. This strategy is not limited to pants. Loose fitting dresses and skirts are also a good way to conceal unsightly bulges and over sized thighs. You may want to also avoid blue jeans if you can help it, as they are naturally figure conforming.
If you're female and are open to diverse styles, men's pants can help conceal your thighs, as they are meant to be looser fitting, and can look good with women's clothes up top. Many women mix men and women's clothes and styles together to reach their own individual look. For the tomboy look, men's shirts can also help. Over sized men's shirts can extend below the belt line and cover your thighs while still looking stylish (particularly button-up shirts). This style looks even better with a vest over the top, or a men's baseball cap.
