Often times a top or dress will look great from one angle, but be very unflattering from another. Even if you are not overweight, chances are you have a few bulges or rolls you wish you didn't. Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce these trouble areas with exercise. You can make them appear to disappear under clothing without plastic surgery though.

Body shapers, sometimes also known as spanx, can greatly reduce unwanted bumps under clothes and give you a smooth silhouette. Body shapers come in many styles for a variety of trouble areas. in addition to giving you a sexy shape under your clothes, body shaping garments often come in a variety of colors and can double as undershirt for low cut tops or dresses on women who would prefer not to show too much cleavage.

Purchased in the correct size, most body shapers are fairly comfortable and don't add any bulk to an outfit, so they are easy to layer over. Body shapers can be purchased at most clothing stores in the ladies underwear department or ordered online. So before you throw out that top that shows bra bulges in the back, try an upper body or leotard style body shaper underneath. Bring new life to clothes you were too self conscious to wear.
