Wanting to change my style and image

I totally relate when it comes to wanting to change style and your image.

I am 21 and I used to have a more sloppy style...I would buy really cool clothing items whatever that was in and usually expensive, but nothing went together or maybe I just didn't know how to match or maybe it was me, I just didn't look very well once put the clothes on anyways.

Recently I realized that I want to look more preppy well clean cut and mature as well(no joke) so!!, what I did was I shopped online at more mature oriented stores, and in general for well-priced clothing and not only what was hot,I definitely think clothing was an important part to complete my new image. I have also started hitting up discount shops, so that way I can get great deals and I won't back out on my word because the stuff is cheap anyway!

I suggest shopping online and looking at what you purchased at one store to see what it would look like with clothing from another so that way you'll have awesome outfits when they arrive, and of course the discount places.

As far as your hair goes, I would suggest just letting it grow out, and arrange a meeting to see a hairstylist and having them give a new style and teach you how to do your hair and have them fix up for you. I recommend setting up an appointment, chances are you'll find yourself actually going.

Anyways...I say don't worry about what people say good or bad. Just be who you want to be. I've always had short hair my ENTIRE LIFE, but recently since starting college I've started growing it out I used to take baby steps, but never ended up looking that well, but this past couple months I spent a few hundred dollars and just went out to look at new place and meet new people that completely help a lot.
